I have worked with Shane, delivering multiple IBP/SAP projects. He has always impressed me with his ability to see the total picture and ensure the project maintains both the proper cadence and scope. Shane was able to deal with all the differing personalities and bridge the gaps between expectations and contractual milestones. Shane was fair in his negotiations and helped the projects move smoothly to completion.

I had the pleasure of working with Shane during big projects and integration focuses. These typically can be stressful and highly demanding. What I enjoyed about working with Shane is not only did he have such a great process of communicating important decisions and updates, but he also took ownership of many projects ensuring we had solid representation of the business objectives. Shane was proactive and if he was concerned about something spoke up AND offered guidance or suggestions on how to move forward. Shane is not only a great leader, he's organized with solid project management skills. It was a pleasure to get to know Shane and work with him over the past few years.

Its rare that you come across an incredibly efficient and effective Project Manager such as Shane Lewis. I had the pleasure of working with Shane for 3 years in the IT Department of TD Synnex collaborating on several time sensitive, high visibility projects. I was particularly impressed by how Shane takes on challenging projects head-on, handling the stress and pressure with grace and patience. His ability to juggle multiple projects, keep team members motivated and on track as well as handle some of the most challenging clients and did it effortlessly, was impressive to say the least. That is a skill that takes years to develop but seemed to come naturally to Shane. Even in the most stressful moments or in a tense meeting, Shane somehow gets everyone smiling. He would be an amazing asset to any team or company. He definitely earns my highest recommendation.

I have worked very closely with Shane on high-stress, high-revenue, and very high-visibility projects. While working with leadership Shane would receive some very interesting requests for a project. It is a great thing Shane has an amazing sense of humor to lighten the stress of a project, detail oriented, and solution driven. If the project requests were reasonable, there were no excuses, just results. I haven’t worked with Shane in a few years, but he left an impression.

Shane and I worked together on several projects while I was as a contractor, and I was very fortunate to have him guide me and help me navigate the company’s internal processes. He played a significant role in managing and motivating the team by understanding individual goals and aligning to the organization's vision and goals. 

He is patient, and understanding and always encouraged me to ask for help whenever I needed it. Under his supervision, I completed some of my best work and was able to gain valuable professional experience.  I’m grateful to have worked with Mr Lewis and highly recommend him to any company.

The man with the project plan, Shane is an awesome colleague. He has handled multiple globally dispersed projects while keeping team morale high. With his ability to zoom in and out of the technical details quickly, Shane facilitates complex problem solving while making team work fun! 

I worked for Shane for a few years as a Flood Clerk at Wright Flood. Shane was an incredible manager who always listened to his employees and is solution-focused. His professionalism and handling of his team made him a joy to work with and for. His managing style let me feel like I was working for a peer that I could rely on for leadership and support.

I worked with Shane in our LGBTQ+ business resource group. Shane's Leadership helped us get over 1000 colleagues to represent our company in our local St. Pete. Pride Parade. He lead [sic] the way to pull off a successful event and ensure the company was represented above and beyond the standards that were set for us. His communication with every board member and volunteer along with organization helped keep everything running smoothly!
