2022 - 2023
Managed IT projects on a global scale to deliver new technology and enhancements. Acted as Program Manager for one of the world’s largest semiconductor and software distributors. Frequently took over failing projects to bring them back to health. Managed IT projects relating to distribution, retail, software, IoT, cloud, supply chain, and other streams. Interviewed and hired contract project managers to assist as needed. Managed contracts, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful initiatives.
2015 - 2022
Managed 30+ employees, overseeing daily support operations, the IT Help desk, and project managed all IT-related projects, initiatives, and system enhancements to maintain federal compliance with FEMA guidelines. Created and maintained project plans, budgets, and resource management to ensure successful project completion on or ahead of schedule. Created training manuals and provided training to both internal employees as well as external insurance agents across the United States.
2010 - 2015
Responsible for investigating and handling all aspects of personal and commercial auto claims, including property damage and evaluating bodily injuries, as well as investigating theft and fire losses. Investigation of claims completed through fieldwork, which involved in-person meetings with all parties and inspection of all vehicles involved. Responsibilities also include writing vehicle damage estimates on repairable or drivable vehicles.
2005 - 2008
Responsible for handling the majority of Theft and Arson Claims received in the Total Loss Department with limited supervision. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining essential information in order to process non-routine cases. Conducts investigation on assigned cases and works closely with the SIU Department to ensure claims are processed in a timely manner and fraud issues resolved. Frequently exercises initiative and independent judgment and solves problems of various scope and complexity; assumes full responsibility for actions and decisions made.
